At StreetOrigins.co, every fragrance is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of damage or delivery errors, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The bottle arrived broken or damaged

There is a case of pilferage or missing items

You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must share photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue for verification.
Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes

Products without original packaging

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or with free gifts
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for products returned without prior approval.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
